Privacy policy
This policy explains in simple terms how data is processed when you use MedSuite public pages to search for a doctor or request an appointment.
This page is an MVP draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication.
Data collected
During booking, MedSuite may collect your first name, last name, phone number, optional email, appointment reason or message, and the selected doctor, date, and time.
Technical information required for service operation may also be processed, such as the IP address at the time you accept the terms.
Purposes
This data is used to schedule the appointment, allow the selected practice to follow up if needed, secure the service, and keep traceability of the request.
This service is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact the competent emergency services.
Access and sharing
Appointment information is sent to the selected practice or consultation place and may be accessed by its authorized staff.
MedSuite technical operators may access data only when necessary for operations, support, or security. Data is not sold.
